Maintenance check on our furnace. JJ and Blane were on time, professional. Mentioned that we should consider installing a backup sump pump but didn't do a hard-pressure sell. Highly recommend.
They replaced the entire system due to cracked heat exchanger. The heating system was replaced within one day. The workmanship was excellent and Jarid (the foreman) was a great communicator, pleasant and professional. The rest of the crew were hard workers. All around a good experience?
Austin did a great job. I tried installing a smart thermostat myself. Dumbest thing I've done this year. Fried the transformer at 2:30am. He came over and fixed all in 1/6th of the time it took me to mess it up. My kind of guy, my kind of company. 5 stars.
