Of course our hot water tank went out on New Year's Eve. We called AW Heating and someone was out within about an hour! The cost wasn't much more than we were seeing to DIY. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism of Austin! We will definitely use AW Heating again in the future!
Our furnace went out on a Saturday when it was 20 degrees outside. They were able to make it to our house in about an hour, assess the issue and repair it quickly. Great service!
Always professional courteous and on time. Just as the temps bottomed out we needed our furnace replaced. Conner was so thorough explaining everything to us and picking out our new model. Within 24 hours we had the new furnace and a warm and clean home again. Kyle and Rene you have a great team!!
My furnace suddenly went out late at night. I was unaware until the next morning I woke up freezing. I tried to mess with it before work to no avail. When I got home I again tried to get it back up and running but still couldn't. I called a competitor who's earliest availability would have been 2 days later. I called my stepdad to see if he had any suggestions, he told me to call AW. Called them and was told they would be out in 15-20 minutes. Conner was my technician who fairly quickly diagnosed the issue while keeping me informed on what he was doing at the same time. Once the issue was diagnosed he gave me a break down of the cost along with pros and cons of fixing compared to replacing (my furnace was 15 years old at the time). He gave me 3 replacement options with price and again a breakdown of pros and cons of each. My biggest surprise was the price he gave me included tax and installation, so no surprise bill after the work was completed.
A+ all the way around, definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of hvac services. I even got a free thermostat with my new train furnace.
My 28+ yo furnace stopped working. Repairs would be expensive, new problems could occur. Things were explained thoroughly, decision made to purchase new furnace. Techs Austen and Drew were courteous, informative and helpful. I was treated with respect. Renee was courteous, helpful and respectful with customer services. I would definitely refer and recommend AW Heating & Cooling.
My 20+ year old furnace had to be replaced just as the temps began to drop. Austin and Conner worked late into the night to replace that old furnace. Renee was very helpful in getting the new furnace ordered and delivered. They all did a tremendous job from expediting the order to completing the installation. Job well done!! We love that new Trane furnace! Thanks to all!!

My air went out during this high heat July 2019. AW came out found the problem and in 2 days back up and running with a whole new Trane system. Thanks for getting this job done with NO issues and Quickly!! Austin was Great !!
