AW Heating and AC always do a good job for us. Their technicians and office staff are the best people. Jason and Chase did good work installing our tankless water heater and were very polite and helpful the whole time.

10/10 would recommend. We were about to head out of town and felt there may be a gas leak coming from our furnace. I called at 3:50pm on a Thursday and Tyler arrived by 4:30pm the SAME DAY.
Very professional and timely
Had appt for turning on/checking the AC unit. Tyler showed up on time, very efficient and professional. Only negative feedback is that this appointment had been scheduled for a few days ago, and no one came. When I called to inquire, the office person said the appt had prob not been entered when they were scheduling. She didn't seem upset or to understand the inconvenience of waiting for a service provider that doesn't show up. A simple apology would have gone a long way. But otherwise their staff has always been very helpful and friendly.
