I am so grateful for the quick action that was taken by AW Heating to my furnace question. Bob, their service technician, was at my home within a few hours. He was focused as he identified the problem, he was calm while explaining the problem, he was efficient in fixing the problem and he showed me care and concern. After all was completed, his knowledge on the "now fixed" problem, gave me the confidence that I was safe. I am very grateful for AW Heating and Air Conditioning and will always highly recommend them!
Called AW Heating and Cooling after my other HVAC company told me they could not come out for two days for my furnace leaking natural gas into my basement. AW came out the same day within two hours of me calling them, and fixed the problem, and went over my entire HVAC system. Great service, and excellent customer care from AW!

Bob H came and repaired our geothermal system. He was knowledgeable,polite, and willing to explain what was needed. The unit is getting up there in age , instead telling me that it had to replaced immediately. He said there is time and said they have some options to improve what we have ( efficiency wise)and better price than other companies quoted.

Tanner was very nice and explained what he had done. Mine was a minor issue, but I would definitely use AW heating for other heating and cooling issues.
I was very impressed with the promptness and quality of service. The techs new what the problem was, fixed it and now I am a happy camper with heat. I will highly recommended them to everyone. It was the best referral I have gotten. Great job all around.
Highly recommend AW heating and cooling. Did an excellent job installing my new furnace and central air unit. They showed up when they said they were going to be here and and we're very neat and orderly… Cleaned up their workspace both days and did an excellent job explaining the new system to us and making sure we understood everything…
