I'm a DIY person and usually when I have to hire someone for a job I'm not happy with the result because it doesn't measure up to my standards. AW Heating and Cooling exceeded my standards and left me with nothing to nitpick. Usually the salesman promises you everything you want but that doesn't get communicated to the installers. In this case the salesman, Landen, was here before work got underway, stopped in during the installation and after the job was done to make sure everything I asked for was done to my satisfaction. They obliged me at every request. Admittedly I am not easy to please but honestly this was the best experience I have ever had in hiring a job out.
Tanner was our technician. He did a wonderful job. Everything checked and clean.
Prompt & Professional service. Technicians arrived promptly on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed cooling issue. They also corrected work from a previous installer ( not AW) I appreciate their honesty, their responsiveness, and their high quality of work. They are professionals who make sure their customers are satisfied with their work. I will continue to use them
Jason and Seth were very friendly, knew what they were doing, answered all questions and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Have been using this company for over 6 years and they always respond and complete service in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and follow-up when scheduling appointment. The technicians were very helpful during today's AC checkup, providing recommendations for ensuring my AC unit is working at an optimal level moving forward.

They sent out a technician fairly quick to fix the heat pump. The part was covered under warranty but not apparently labor.
We called for annual service for our furnace and AC. Our serviceman arrived in the time window given. He was polite and professional. He was extremely diligent in his work, making sure everything was done properly. He even provided information on things we may need to look at down the road. We've been with this company for 10 years, and will definitely continue to use them.
Our A/C went out on the hottest weekend of the summer to date. We have 5 children, including an infant, so waiting days for someone to come out was not an option. Austin was here within a few hours, super professional and knowledgeable, and not "salesy." We needed a new unit altogether. Before Austin even left, Landen came to discuss financials and installation, also very professional and down to earth. He provided us with a portable air conditioner to use upstairs and get us through the weekend, which was a lifesaver. He was at our house until after 6pm, with a family at home, yet didn't make us feel like he was rushed in any way.
That was on a Friday. By Monday, Landen, Drew, and David were all here at 8:15am to install the new unit. In just over three hours, we were on our way to comfort again. David even left the large box that the unit came in for our 4-year-old to play in. :) The excessive heat outside and in our home did cause the A/C compressor to overwork and freeze on the second day, but Drew was back right away to check everything out, getting it running again by the afternoon (it needed to thaw). Now, two weeks later, everything remains working perfectly.
We would HIGHLY recommend AW Heating & Cooling and will use them again in the future, should the need arise! We really appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and sense of urgency.
