Great company Landon took time to come out and give a very detailed estimate the workers that helped me including the head installer jariad which took a good amount of time to explain things and help above and beyond and Austin and even spoke with David on the phone were all great.. saved my mom a bunch of money just an all around stand up company I cannot say enough good things went with their service plan and I see using them for Any future plans of business
I have always had a great experience with AW H&C. Very responsive and they do all they can to get any parts you need for repair, so your furnace or AC is quickly back up and running.
Landon was a great professional. His work was quick, neat, and complete. Plus he is a good guy to have a conversation with. Highly recommend AW Heating and Cooling!
I'm a DIY person and usually when I have to hire someone for a job I'm not happy with the result because it doesn't measure up to my standards. AW Heating and Cooling exceeded my standards and left me with nothing to nitpick. Usually the salesman promises you everything you want but that doesn't get communicated to the installers. In this case the salesman, Landen, was here before work got underway, stopped in during the installation and after the job was done to make sure everything I asked for was done to my satisfaction. They obliged me at every request. Admittedly I am not easy to please but honestly this was the best experience I have ever had in hiring a job out.
Tanner was our technician. He did a wonderful job. Everything checked and clean.
Jason and Seth were very friendly, knew what they were doing, answered all questions and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Have been using this company for over 6 years and they always respond and complete service in a timely manner.

They sent out a technician fairly quick to fix the heat pump. The part was covered under warranty but not apparently labor.
